Linda Waldner

After working in estate planning for over twenty years in Cincinnati, OH and four years in Charlotte, NC, Linda joined our firm in 2009.

Linda received a Bachelor of Business Administration and a J.D. from the University of Cincinnati. She has worked as a tax specialist in an international CPA firm, an estate planning attorney in a small practice and in a solo practice, and as a paralegal for a large firm.

As a business and estate planning paralegal, under the supervision of an attorney,  she drafts estate planning documents and documentation for business entities, researches and compiles legal and factual data for analysis, and conveys legal information to clients.

Linda’s favorite part of Charlotte is living close to her two grandchildren. When she is not being Grammy, she also enjoys reading, floral crafts, travel, church work and hanging out with husband Steve.
