From personal assistant to managing every non-legal aspect of the firm — Erica has built and runs the operational backbone that lets our attorneys focus on the law.
Erica is an Appalachian State University graduate who majored in Hospitality and Tourism Management. After demonstrating her ability to manage social events at Pinehurst Resort and Carmel Country Club, she joined Stewart Law, PA as personal assistant to its president, Todd Stewart.
As the firm grew, Erica’s organizational instincts and her sense for client relationships made her the natural choice for office manager — and eventually Chief Operating Officer. In that role, she manages every non-legal matter of the firm: scheduling, billing, vendor relationships, internal coordination, and the small, steady decisions that keep a practice running well.
Most clients only see the result of Erica’s work. The fact that they don’t notice it is itself a measure of how well she does it.

Erica lives in Charlotte with her husband Brett and their children, Ellie and Micah. In her personal time, she enjoys being outside, traveling, and spending time on the lake with family and friends.
