NC State Bar Certified Paralegal

Hillary was born and raised in Charlotte, North Carolina. She graduated from Central Piedmont Community College on the president’s list with an Associate Degree in Applied Science and further pursued a certification from the North Carolina State Bar as a Paralegal. As a North Carolina State Bar Certified Paralegal with nearly ten years of experience in estate planning, probate, and trust administration, she has a passion for helping families protect their loved ones assets. 

Hillary’s caring and compassionate nature coupled with her attention to detail and varied experience lets her clients feel at ease and confident navigating the legal processes at hand.

In her spare time, Hillary enjoys volunteering at her church, watching her son’s football games, traveling, and spending time with her family including her two great Danes, Roman and Sammy.

Legal Assistant

Emily is originally from Shelby, North Carolina, and graduated from Appalachian State University. Before entering the legal field, she worked in a variety of client-focused roles where she developed strong organizational skills, attention to detail and effective communication. These strengths translate seamlessly into her work as a legal assistant.

In her role, she provides support to our attorneys and clients by preparing documents, assisting with the management of client matters and facilitating communication throughout the planning process.

Outside of the office, Emily enjoys spending quality time with her husband, Adam, along with their friends and family. She loves discovering new restaurants, playing golf with her husband, and traveling whenever she gets the chance.
